JennerJones Chartered Building Surveyors are based in Petts Wood, South London. We have been established since 1988 providing a range of Building Surveying services to various types and sizes of client, working mainly for Housing Associations, the general public, banks, building societies and other institutions.

The Senior Partners have over 25 years experience in the housing field and we are proud to have experienced, loyal, professional staff who cover the full range of services we offer. Our management structure is formulated so that each project has a Partner in charge backed by a team of qualified surveyors.

Richard Jones ACIOB Senior Partner

Richard leads our team specialising in Contract Supervision, Refurbishment, Conversions and Party Walls. He has worked with Housing Associations for many years on both new build and refurbishment schemes including large maintenance projects and housing estates. As a qualified Health and Safety expert he also covers Planning Supervision from individual minor works to new build projects.

Andrew Jenner BSc FRICS Senior Partner

Andrew looks after the Development Team evaluating sites, carrying out Property Surveys and Valuations and advising on financial aspects of development including Project Supervision. As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors he has been involved in numerous independent Expert Witness cases advising the courts on Building Defects, Landlord and Tenant Law and Valuations (www.expertwitness.com). He is also a qualified Construction Adjudicator working on cases of Building Contract Disputes.
