Jenner Jones were appointed as Planning Supervisors for this design and build contract for construction of 64 houses and flats on school field land adjacent to Haling Manor School.

The project involved the construction of two and three storey flats and houses for fair rent and shared ownership. The layout of the estate included an access road which also served construction works being carried out in the adjacent school by another contractor.

Due to the size of the contract, properties were handed over in phases, whilst construction works to the remaining incomplete units and wearing courses to the access road and pavements continued.

The shared access road and part occupation of the site required careful consideration and planning by all parties with respect to health and safety.
