This large detached house was built to a high standard of
design and detail. Located in the popular south side of Sevenoaks
it achieved an above average level of interest and obtained
a higher than expected sale figure. As well as viability calculations,
land and sales valuations, JennerJones provided the
full service of Architectural Design, including full planning,
carried out contract supervision and progressed the completed
unit to sale.
