The conversion of a Grade 2 listed Bank Building into
16 self contained flats for Town and Country Housing Association.
Works included sympathetic retention of fine plastered ceilings
cornices and columns and also a panelled board room. Structural
alterations and extensions involved the provision of a steel
framed mansard to form an additional floor.

for the Developers and Contractors in this fast track
development in the centre of this Historic Maritime town.
