This competition winning scheme was prepared from inception
to contract completion by JennerJones. The scheme involved
the sympathetic conversion of an Edwardian building into 5
flats and the formation of a further 14 new build dwellings.
All the units were for elderly use and included mobility requirements
and a disabled flat and carport.
Overlooking the Cricket Green in Mitcham and within the conservation
area the blend of old and new formulated this development
into a pleasant residential project close to Mitcham town
centre.
